We bring kids here so that they watch videos and have their hair cut. But we were not lucky to have TV screen on. No screen was working where we sat (2 different chairs).

I am not sure why the televisions were not working but it probably had to do with an outage of the internet or issue with Spectrum. Our apologies that they kids could not watch tv but I am happy the haircuts, the primary reason you were there, were good.

Not what I was expecting. The quality of one of my son's haircuts was terrible (and it was not a difficult haircut - he sat there and was well behaved the entire time). Our other son had lots of trouble with his haircut - there was little advice about how to make it easier. Overall a subpar experience - we won't be returning.

Our appointment was scheduled for 10:45. We arrived a couple minutes early, but there was no one available to check us in. We did eventually check in once a stylist was done with current client. We were not able to be seen until 11:45, an hour late, and at no point did we receive information that there was a wait or an apology for the wait.

We had an 11:45am appointment; we were not seen until 12:15-12:20, roughly 30+ minute delay. At no point did anyone apologize or keep us in the loop as to when we would be seen. The appointments seem to be stacked too closely to one another. One late parent also seems to throw off the whole order of things.

This was our fourth time visit. We are disappointed with the service this time. Seems like they don't know how to cut hair nicely. Finished with rush and did not listen to us. Waste of money. We can cut hair better than this.
