At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.
We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. Haircuts are painless, literally, and we want them to be the same, figuratively, for parents and their children. Come and enjoy the kid friendly environment and kid focused staff and leave with a great haircut and family faces full of smiles.

I discovered this salon geared specifically to children by internet search. I wanted a place that knew kids hair and how to accommodate small bundles of energy. I chose this salon in particular because the website offered a “Baby’s 1st Haircut” package. We drove an hour from home to this salon to make sure it was a great first experience! It was a good experience overall. Our stylist was quick and managed a good looking cut on a wiggly 20 month old. However, as she was asking how we wanted it cut, I mentioned it was the baby’s 1st haircut. She stated that she didn’t know if the website had been updated, but they didn’t do that package anymore. I wasn’t terribly upset about it, although I forgot to ask for a keepsake lock of hair, but that was one of the reasons we drove the distance we did. Would I go again, yes, but only if we have other plans in the area that day. On the whole, service was great, staff was friendly, and my baby got a good looking 1st haircut.
