We strive to make the haircut experience, whether it is their first or their 15th, a fun and memorable one. Haircuts are painless, literally, and we want them to be the same, figuratively, for parents and their children. Employee sounded a little rude cause my child wanted to grab a balloon saying it’s was only for the kids having a haircut , I honestly have not heard this before when we’ve been to this location many times since both my kids started having haircuts , I don’t know if I’ll be back to this location , she told my 5 year old In a rude way that only balloons for kids with haircuts , this is honestly a big deal for a simple balloon but whatever .

The stylists were very nice and very hardworking. My son loved the chairs and to have some space to play. However, 15 minutes is not enough time for appointments as the stylists were working so hard and fast but they also had to run the register and this backed up appointments. It didn't seem fair to them.

Thank you for coming to Cookie Cutters and for your kind words. I do agree with your assessment on the time. Unfortunately it has been a very difficult period to hire additional stylists and receptionists. Ideally I would like to have high school students who are diligent and focused to be receptionists but can't find any that want to work in the afternoons or the weekends. If you happen to know any that might be interested, please have them contact the salon. I usually pay receptionists $11/hr once they are through the probationary period. We hope to see you again soon.

Took my son for his first haircut. He was super upset the entire time, but the hairdresser kept going and did her best. The haircut was good, and the best anyone could have done with a baby so upset. I appreciated how another hairdresser tried to distract him with bubbles and balloons. We got some hair in a little baggy, since it was his first haircut...but I do wish that it was cut off the back of his head and put directly into the bag, rather than picking up stray chunks from the chair, I also understand it may have been done this way because my child was so upset.
