I said I wanted spikes on my son and she chopped his entire hair off. I will not be coming here again because they don't follow directions on what I wanted. First and last time going.

I made a 1:30 appointment on the APP and when we got there was told our appt was not in system so we had to come back at 2. The place smelled like dirty diaper and staff not overly friendly. I showed the person that cut my hair the email of my confirmation and she just said it could have need their internet which they say is having issues. The internet was down when we were there in August as well. Will not be back.

I was very disappointed today as cookie cutters is our normal go to place for all our kiddos. I repeated several times to go very short on the hair and she only took 1 inch off the top and cleaned up the sides. Which means I will have to bring him back a lot sooner than anticipated. But she was very nice.

We had notes saved for how we would like his hair cut however it was cut much shorter than we have ever had it cut. He also had several spots of long hair that didn't get cut that I had to cut myself.

I felt like the girl had no idea what she was doing. My daughter has curly hair and she left looking like she just woke up and rolled out of bed.

We schedule with a young lady named who goes by Shay. I explained to her my son's haircut type and she had to unless the assistance of a different person who is cut his hair before which I had no problem with after asking her what she comfortable to complete the haircut. After asking her that question she had an attitude. I had explained pretty thoroughly particularly about my son's sideburns and she cut them completely off. Thereafter I did ask for anyone else to complete the haircut. She was very unprofessional and nearly refused to give me her name. Needless to say I am not pleased.
