Came in to get my daughters hair cut. She is almost 2 and has very curly hair. We were told since she is so young and her hair was so curly there wasnt much that could be done with it. The hair stylist seemed annoyed at having to cut her hair the entire time as well.

I thought I would give the place another try. I left a comment last time about how disgusting the place was. All the vehicles are dirty. They are FULL of hair. This isn't the first time and there was nobody in there so can't use busy as an excuse. The place just appears dirty. I wouldn't have minded the price because we got a lot cut off her but the quality and conditions of the place was not worth the price. Please do something about this. Disgusting.

We love Raquel as our stylist. She is always so friendly and attentive to my children. She is the only reason we keep coming back. I really dislike the new location. There is no front parking which is awful with children and your new video system in front seems to always be broken when we come in. Not worth all the extra price increases within the last 8 months. I don’t think we will be coming here again. The price increases constantly along with unsafe conditions to get into your store are the main factors.

No one greeted us when we walked in even though no other customers were in the store. My husband made a comment about how fun it would be to work there and the stylist said, "not when you're dealing with crying kids like this all day", where of course, our toddler was crying because he was scared. We just thought the whole experience was pretty unprofessional.

We were not told how long a wait would be, and no “professional instruction” as mentioned above? I’m not sure that applied though for this visit. One thing I noticed was the EXCESSIVE amount of hair clippings on all surfaces. The floor is understandable - but every surface, nook and cranny of those kids vehicles were absolutely covered in hair. The stylist also used the same gown as she did with the first child - not sure if this is policy but this is a huge hygiene concern!! We only go here because it is the closest salon that offers cuts for little ones. Please, please clean the place!!

My sons hair cut was the worst one yet. I've had some pretty bad experiences and I always say, oh his hair will grow back. This time the "bangs" weren't even straight when she asked how his hair looked. Around his ears are not even and the layering isn't the same all the way around.
