I was disappointed that I scheduled an appointment with a specific stylist but did not get my stylist of choice. The stylist who did my son’s haircut appeared inexperienced, lacked confidence, and a simple boys cut looked more difficult for her than it has for anyone else we’ve had at Cookie Cutters. This is generally why I select a stylist. Why make an appointment if the details aren’t going to be honored?

The front desk staff was rude. The actual stylist was fantastic.

Once my sons hair dried they cut looks pretty bad. We are very dissatisfied

The lady who cut my girls' hair was friendly and nice, but didn't do a good job on the actual cut. Especially for my youngest who got a shorter style, the back is uneven and detracts from the overall style.

Our first appointment was canceled due to the stylist calling in sick. We were contacted the day before to reschedule. We asked for a “trendy” haircut and was told it would cost more and another stylist would need to perform it.

The stylist tonite used a pick on her hair and while it was knitted she was not gentle with her. She did not use detangler or one of the knot genies on her even though she complained. She is as nit nearly as personable with her as the other stylists. She made several remarks about the way her hair was cut but the other stylist really did a good job. I do know she has been cutting hair for 19 years because she said that several times. I am not sure who it was but I would rather not have her again.
