I would prefer the cleaning spray for the scissors and clippers be applied and given time to dry prior to my child sitting down and it being sprayed by them and then straight to cutting. Feel like that's a health concern.

We have come to this location for every single haircut for both of my children. Each time I leave I feel more and more dislike for this place. Everytime we come there is a lower caliber of staff. And each visit the haircuts get worse and worse. You have plenty of down time due to covid 19, take this time to implement some training, maybe give some free haircuts for the girls to practice. Lord knows they need it...

I am usually impressed with the haircut , but this time it looks not great and he now has no side burns.

Everything went great at first till we went to pay, i am a single mother of two and i got my soms hair cut and daughters trimmed but she charged me for two complete haircuts, the. Got a nasty attitude with me since i didnt have enough money to tip her after spending nearly 32 bucks one two kids haircuts. Which is ridiculous. I told her thank you she rolled her eyes and didnt even say anything back to me! Not everyone can tip everytime. Would i like to yes. Definitely makes me question coming back to this place again.

I felt we were treated differently by a staff member due to our appearance/color. She did not bother asking my child what he wanted to watch and was rough with him. She did not cut his hair as asked. Disappointed. But cannot generalize the experience to all the members.
