The staff member who cut my child’s hair appeared to be new or in training. A cut that usually takes 5 -7 minutes took over 30 minutes. I appreciate and understand the need to train new stylists, however it was difficult for my child to sit still for so long.

The online scheduling process could be better. When selecting a stylist, when they're booked on the date/time we choose, we have to go all the way back to the beginning. If we could find the date and time we are needing, perhaps the stylists available could be listed, then we can choose them or "nonprefernce." Or, we select a stylist, then their availability pops up, and we schedule accordingly, or "no preference" and schedule from there.

Great place, friendly staff who do their best. It'd be nice to see more help there. The POS system seems always problematic.

Will wait for Raquel from now on. Had to wait for stylists to finish breaks, even though we had a scheduled appointment, and then one of the stylists had to try to locate lost money, making us wait even longer. In a case where customers have advanced notice scheduled appointments, staff should not be taking breaks while appointments are on the books, and as a matter of business and safety, staff should not be leaving cash lying in the open where customers could potentially steal.
