The only complaint I have is the station where the clients are sitting in aren't clean or sanitized. Tons of hair from others! Not very clean to me. The lady informed me they are hard to clean. If possible invest in a hand held vacuum to suck the hair up between clients then sanitized station properly. Over all the stylist was great! The shop was clean and great happy environment!

It appears as this location needs a remodel. The cars, and other furniture seemed worn and a bit dated.

I had an appointment scheduled, I canceled the appointment a few hours beforehand and talked to the receptionist at the Dayton Mall location. I called back before the original time and was told I could come back in and they would work me in. We arrive and get informed that the receptionist was not who I talked to and got told there was no possible way to accommodate us today. One of the stylists overheard the unpleasant interaction with the receptionist and worked us into her schedule. During the haircut, the stylist suggested I probably got transferred to the Beavercreek location with the second call because the second person on the phone wasn't the first I talked to and the Beavercreek location was a lot slower today. I really wanted to thank the stylist for accommodating us.

My kids and I enjoy coming there, but too often I have to repeat multiple times how I want their hair cut, and often have to have the attendants fix it.

This is our third experience going to cookie cutters Dayton location. We've had great experiences with them in the past, but this visit was different. Upon entering, we were met with a very curt hello with a quip to sign in on the book. The little toy center for kids to play with while they wait had many non functioning toys and very few other ones. The actual hairstylist that my little one received a cut from was actually pretty nice; but didn't give my little one the cut style that I had a few pictures for. It turned out looking good, but it looked nothing like what I had showed her and tried to describe. At least it will grow back out. We normally go on the weekends. If we return, we will not go on a weekday again.

Even after an appointment was booked we still ended up waiting for close to 30 minutes if not longer. We arrived a little bit before our appointment time at 115 and didn’t leave until 220. I have 2 sons so we had appointments at 115 and 130. I had booked an appointment because wait time at that location without an appointment is well over an hour. I’d rather spend the extra money to take my kids to my hair stylist where I actually get in at my appointment time and don’t have to wait.
