It's hard to work with squirmy young children- our person was very friendly and did the best they could. Not super pleased with the outcome, but that's just the way it is. We will probably be back though. :)

Environment is more of place, chairs and benches have rips and tears. Molding falling off or missing. Our gal was great! Plus kids hardly had and little hairs all over them.

My biggest complaint was that I called ahead to check availability for a walk in appointment. When I called, a different store answered and told me that there was NO wait and I should be able to walk right in. Upon arrival, 20 minutes went by before I was even acknowledged or told my that I couldn't be seen for another 1.5 hours. Had I known, I would have just made an appointment. The girls were friendly and willing to help, even though they were overwhelmed, I just think there is miscommunication between the stores that needs to be corrected, in addition to maybe having another staff member there to help cash customers out, etc. The store was a little messier than usual, but as I mentioned it was crazy busy and there were kids running around screaming, climbing and being rambunctious.

Melissa is so great with my son! Even though he cries the whole time she is so patient with him and talks to him to try to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. His haircut is always awesome, well done and well blended. We love Melissa and come back to see her time and time again!

I give the highest praise for Melissa. She did a marvelous job cutting my 2 year old son’s hair. She also listened carefully to me when I shared the horrible customer service experience I had last Sunday at Cookie Cutters Dayton. I almost did not return following our experience. Howecer, the customer service and hair cutting experience today was much better and rivaled the very good service we receive at Cookie Cutters Dayton regularly.
