My kids and I enjoy coming there, but too often I have to repeat multiple times how I want their hair cut, and often have to have the attendants fix it.

This is our third experience going to cookie cutters Dayton location. We've had great experiences with them in the past, but this visit was different. Upon entering, we were met with a very curt hello with a quip to sign in on the book. The little toy center for kids to play with while they wait had many non functioning toys and very few other ones. The actual hairstylist that my little one received a cut from was actually pretty nice; but didn't give my little one the cut style that I had a few pictures for. It turned out looking good, but it looked nothing like what I had showed her and tried to describe. At least it will grow back out. We normally go on the weekends. If we return, we will not go on a weekday again.

Second time taking my kid to this location , and again, the chair where he sat, wasn’t cleaned at all, I supposed you can’t really clean the hair from other kids, but it’s not pleasant and it does not give a good impression .

The experience we had with our stylist was great. The wait was very frustrating though. There was a child about 3-4 who screamed uncontrollably the whole time he was getting his hair cut. The parents wanted something done that he wouldn't hold still for and the stylist tried to direct them in a friendly manner, but they were demanding and continued to try to get his hair cut a certain way. The stylist kept her cool and was very patient, but it frustrated all the customers and frustrated everyone. Not a pleasant experience for those of us whose child was waiting to get their hair cut.
