I really like the salon and we will definitely be. Ack. They are great with my son who is afraid of haircuts. The only con is the wait is sometimes long even with an appointment. The last time the family who came in after us who had an appointment later than us had requested the stylist who was free at the time so they got to go ahead of us so we had to wait about 25 min later than our appointment time. Which I very much understand them running late. It’s just hard sometimes to wait with a toddler.

The receptionist couldn’t handle anything. She was unpleasant and didn’t smile. Melissa was awesome. Store and chairs could have been much cleaner.

I would love to see the punchout coupon code card brought back. Payimg $70 for five haircuts is a steep investment up front in a time where many families are on unemployment, or having other financial challenges. Thank you.
