I feel like my hair dresser Stella barely cut my daughters hair. I asked for an inch off and she barely cut it and she only did the back.

I have not received any loyalty points since 2019. I had an email from someone months ago that said they’d add the points but I never saw them and they never responded back after me reaching out after that. How do you get points? I have the app and have a loyalty id so why am I not getting points and why can’t I get anyone to help me. After going there for nearly 5 years, no points and no one is willing to help me. I’m very disappointed and frustrated at this point. I have 2 boys that love to come there and the staff is great except for no one being able to help me. A picture of my loyalty info is attached.

Our stylist Melissa is amazing she so friendly and is great with my son shes patient and actually cares what he's speaking to her about! Her haircuts are perfect each and everytime! Shes the only stylist I let cut my sons hair!!! My family loves cookie cutters great job!!!
