Everyone is very helpful and professional. A couple of notes... the last two haircuts, the stylists have been wearing only face shields but no masks. I would feel more comfortable if masks would be worn either in addition to or in place of the face shields as masks have been proven to provide better protection than the face shields. Also, I have had some issues with the app not working and not being able to get credit on my loyalty “card”. It seems if it is not scanned at the proper time in the transaction, you can’t go back to add it on.

My son has had tantrums every time we get his hair cut elsewhere. He is afraid of the clippers and scissors. This was a great experience and Raquel was very comforting for my son. He didn’t get upset at all.

Raquel at the Miamisburg location is the absolute best. My child is not an easy cut, he whines/cries from the moment we get there until the last snip of the scissors (will promptly stop crying when we say all done). She is always reassuring, never makes us feel bad for his tears, and is so quick with her perfect work! We enjoy the environment, the new play areas are a nice touch after a stressful cut. We will continue to go, and one day… the tears will stop!

We actually used the Centerville store. Kianna (hope I spelled it right) is fantastic! She’s cut my sons hair twice now, and we love it. Actually, his father had a “friend” cut it, and I could have done a worse job at home. So she fixed the cut! He has his 4 year pictures next week, so now he doesn’t have to wear a paper bag on his head (kidding, just a little). Also, the choice of fun chairs is what he looks forward to the most!

Kianna is wonderful with my two grandsons. Always friendly and engaging making for a fun experience for the boys!
