We love Sherry! However, not having a true trained person running the register has proven frustrating on multiple occasions. Today, I tried to purchase the 5/$70 card to pay for my haircut. It took the front desk person 15+ minutes on the phone to figure out how to ring up the fully advertised product. Then, she overcharged me for my haircut. Rather than the $14 haircut, we were charged $18.95. So I waited 20 minutes for nothing. Please have fully trained people on your register. Sherry had to try to help her, which put her behind on her own haircuts and is unfair to her when she is the only stylist. Plus, now my card is messed up and no one could fix it.

I came in to have my sons haircut, as I have times before. He’s one an like any one year old, doesn’t like to sit still, as for the reason I bring him to Cookie Cutters, a child’s hair cut place. The stylist, became overwhelmed..he still has long pieces of hair, as he was just getting a buzz cut..did no shaping around the neck or ears at all or any blending from top to sides. I ended up having to redo the whole haircut at home myself.

Our stylist was so sweet, patient, and recommended what was best for my little man. They also play shows during to help distract the kids. Fast check in and wasn’t a long visit at all. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great first visit- it’s bittersweet for us parents too! Lol

The online scheduling process could be better. When selecting a stylist, when they're booked on the date/time we choose, we have to go all the way back to the beginning. If we could find the date and time we are needing, perhaps the stylists available could be listed, then we can choose them or "nonprefernce." Or, we select a stylist, then their availability pops up, and we schedule accordingly, or "no preference" and schedule from there.
