I've been to Cookie Cutters a few times. This was the absolute worst and we WONT be back. 1. I had a appointment for my 2 boys. Of course they were running late. Because you fill the need to only allow your stylist 15 minutes time slots to do their job. 3. The stylist that had older son did a rush job and didn't listen to what I had to say. She seriously maybe spent 5 minutes on his hair. 4. While my youngest isn't the easiest to cut his hair. I do admit that. He was cut twice because she was hurrying as well. She did a much better job then my oldest got and he sits perfectly still. I basically felt like we were unwelcome. The amount of money I spent was not worth my experience,time or quantity of cut. We won't be back.

I felt we were treated differently by a staff member due to our appearance/color. She did not bother asking my child what he wanted to watch and was rough with him. She did not cut his hair as asked. Disappointed. But cannot generalize the experience to all the members.

A little pricey for kids cut. Stylist interacted really well with the kids while ensuring that their haircuts were straight and exactly what we wanted. Salon is a little dated and could use some modern updates.

This was our first time. My son is super nervous about haircuts and this was the perfect place for him. They did a great job and we will definitely be back.

I always bring my kids to cookie cutters but after my experience today I’m going to be looking elsewhere. I brought my daughter in and told the stylist I wanted it cut to her shoulders to where I could put a pony tail in it still. The stylist only cut less than an inch off of it. I asked to her cut more of it off to her shoulders and was told by the stylist that it would be like making another appointment and there were appointments waiting. First, I made an appointment and second, my child never left the stylist chair when I asked her to cut more of it off. The stylist never even asked me if I was happy with it, she had just assumed until I spoke up and asked more to be cut off. I think that was very unprofessional of her to tell me that there were other people waiting and cutting more off would be like another appointment. I would have understood if my child was out of her chair or we left and came back but my child hadn’t moved from her chair.

The stylist we had did an amazing job! My son does not enjoy getting his hair cut, and cries the whole time. The stylist was amazing with him, and his hair turned out fantastic!!
