We generally have a good experience at this salon but I have been extremely disappointed in the scheduling software/scheduling staff. I knew the salon would be busy with school starting soon, so I made an appt. on the app with our favorite stylist in July for August. Then, the day of the appt. I get a text message saying, sorry, the software was wrong, your stylist won't be in today, reschedule. This is already terrible service, if you knew the software had glitched I should have been notified immediately, not the day of, then given no alternative, none given just a generic text. So I call the salon, ask for our favorite stylist, I'm told I can get in in 2 weeks. Not great, but ok, we'll wait. I arrive with my 2 boys on Sunday for our appt and am told that we aren't scheduled with our favorite stylist, it wasn't imputed correctly in the computer and we are just out of luck, again! At this point you can understand that I was extremely frustrated, I had tried to make an appt early, that didn't work, I tried to call to make an appt, that didn't work. What does work? How do you expect customers to make appts if your software/staff continue making mistakes and then don't have any way to fix them? All credit to Cache (our favorite) she fit us in, but we still waited an hour for that to happen. To add insult to injury I go to pay for our haircuts and wanted to purchase the prepaid card that was on sale, and to no one's surprise I couldn't do that either, because there weren't anymore cards for them to load money on.

My son has autism and has a meltdown every time he has his hair cut. Jessie has been wonderful the past few times and only used scissors because my son is afraid of the clippers. I highly recommend this place, and Jessie. Thanks again.
