We had notes saved for how we would like his hair cut however it was cut much shorter than we have ever had it cut. He also had several spots of long hair that didn't get cut that I had to cut myself.

Raquel is THE BEST. She went above and beyond to make our son feel comfortable. And she gives great cuts! She’s a gem.

Our stylist, as always, did an amazing job. We get a fantastic result with both of our kids. Highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

We always see Jesse she’s so awesome and patient with the boys and knows their hair so well. She cuts it awesome every time. Thank you so much!

Haircuts were terrible. The stylist did all three of my girls and all three have needed long hairs that did not get cut, cut. These were by far the worst haircuts they’ve ever received. She did one of my daughters hair in less than five minutes and didn’t even have me check it. One other daughter I asked it to be cut a bit shorter and she basically told me it would dry shorter which I’m fully aware of. I do not feel like I had an option to ask her to do anything further. Also was asked how I wanted to tip. Cash or card. I always tip but these haircuts definitely did not warrant a tip. Do not think I’ll be back. It’s a shame bc we go regularly and I have multiple children.

The stylist did not listen to me when I told her she was going too high on the sides with the clippers. It looked terrible and she did her best to fix it. Luckily his hair grows fast.
