I scheduled an appt with Raquel. 2 days before his appt I was notified that Raquel had an emergency and had to cancel the appt, which is understandable. I rescheduled his appt with Cache. When we arrived for the appt they told me his appt was changed to Stella. I told them that isn't who we were booked with and that Cache had been switched to take a fix appt and Cache didn't have time to cut his hair. Stella cut his hair and it was not a good haircut. We now have to take him to another place to have his hair fixed. We will not be going back to cookie cutters anymore after using them for 7 years now.

The hair stylist we had was exceptional. I warned her in the beginning this would not be an easy job because my 2 yo is not patient. She took the time to make sure my child was comfortable, let him touch all the tools and made him giggle. She was very patient, despite his hitting at her and squirming.

We had another great experience at cookie cutters in Miamisburg.The first time we brought our little one in was for his first haircut shortly after turning one. He is now 20 months and they were great with him once again. The new location and playset is awesome!
