Raquel at the Miamisburg location is the absolute best. My child is not an easy cut, he whines/cries from the moment we get there until the last snip of the scissors (will promptly stop crying when we say all done). She is always reassuring, never makes us feel bad for his tears, and is so quick with her perfect work! We enjoy the environment, the new play areas are a nice touch after a stressful cut. We will continue to go, and one day… the tears will stop!

Raquel is amazing! After four years of tear filled, screaming, kicking, etc. haircuts and her never ending patience, our son finally smiled through his haircut. She was determined from day 1 to get him to this point. Raquel never gave up on him and knew he had it in him. He had so much fun playing in the new salon that he hardly noticed the cutting of hair in between levels of his games and while the next game loaded. Major win for our family. Thanks Cooke Cutters and thank you Raquel and Val.

The stylist that my 1yr old had at this visit was not a happy person and she seemed very irritated that my baby was not sitting still. The first haircut was great but this one was not so great. I will be requesting the stylist by name that we had the first time from now on.
