My kids and I enjoy coming there, but too often I have to repeat multiple times how I want their hair cut, and often have to have the attendants fix it.

Miss Melissa was wonderful! She fit Hank in that day even though we were late for our appointment. She had several people walking in for appointments and she was multitasking, but kept calm and sweet to all and did a fabulous cut for my son. She was very patient too and sweet to all us Mom's asking her to trim a little more here and there. Very sweet and patient and great stylist! Thank you Melissa!

Melissa was the stylist who cut my son's hair, and she did an excellent job AS ALWAYS! She customized the haircut for my son's hair, specifically using a shorter guard on the crown of his head which blended it in with the rest of his haircut perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased with the service and treatment by staff at Cookie Cutters in Miamisburg!

Love the way they treat son and listen to my advice. He is very sensitive about his ears and he will jump or swat at the trimmers they are patient and work around this quark. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with this visit. I try and make an appt because I have small children and don't want to have to make them wait. I called today, at 1:30pm, to make an appt. with Ashley. She had an opening at 4:30pm. When I got there they told us they had sent her home because they were slow. I feel this is unprofessional. I would have liked a phone call, during that 3 hour window, to have had the opportunity to reschedule my son's appointment. You have had a lot of turn over at this location in the three years I have been a client. Some ladies have done a great job cutting my children's hair, but some have done a not so great job. I am familiar with Ashley's work and I wanted her to cut my son's hair.

It's hard to work with squirmy young children- our person was very friendly and did the best they could. Not super pleased with the outcome, but that's just the way it is. We will probably be back though. :)
