I am always a little skeptical when it comes to National chain hair salons. The moment I walked in, my mind was changed. This was clearly a safe space for children to feel relaxed and calm about a service that might be scary to them. Our stylist knew exactly how to talk to my son, how to engage with him, and listened to the style we wanted and what our hair concerns were. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
