The service was great but the cost is very expensive for what you get. My children only got a haircut that took 10 minutes at most and there was no shampooing or styling. Just a cut and the price was 14 dollars a kid. The reason we go is because the kids like it but we will need to find another place soon due to the cost involved.

This is our third experience going to cookie cutters Dayton location. We've had great experiences with them in the past, but this visit was different. Upon entering, we were met with a very curt hello with a quip to sign in on the book. The little toy center for kids to play with while they wait had many non functioning toys and very few other ones. The actual hairstylist that my little one received a cut from was actually pretty nice; but didn't give my little one the cut style that I had a few pictures for. It turned out looking good, but it looked nothing like what I had showed her and tried to describe. At least it will grow back out. We normally go on the weekends. If we return, we will not go on a weekday again.

Good experience for my daughters first haircut. Little bit of a wait even with our appointment. Stylist were friendly and patience. Overall great. We will be returning!

I don't remember her name, but the redhead stylist did a fabulous job cutting both my kids' hair. I would recommend her immensely.
