The stylist we had today was wonderful! She was very patient with our three year old grandson and took the time to ensure we were pleased with the cut - stopping along the way to ask if everything looked okay.

I loved this place! I did the mommy and kid cut and they did a great job on me and my daughter!!! We had sooo much fun!!!! I'm going here for all my cuts!!! lOVE them!

The experience we had with our stylist was great. The wait was very frustrating though. There was a child about 3-4 who screamed uncontrollably the whole time he was getting his hair cut. The parents wanted something done that he wouldn't hold still for and the stylist tried to direct them in a friendly manner, but they were demanding and continued to try to get his hair cut a certain way. The stylist kept her cool and was very patient, but it frustrated all the customers and frustrated everyone. Not a pleasant experience for those of us whose child was waiting to get their hair cut.
