All the ladies working are always so friendly. I witnessed a special needs little boys get his haircut tonight and it had me in tears for how great the staff was with him. So patient and she knew exactly how to help him feel comfortable. We always request Cache now bc she is so good with my boys and takes the time and precision to give a great cut.

We love Cookie Cutters and have been coming since my son was 1 and he's 8 now. My daughter gets 1-2 cuts a year also, and she is 4. We have usually had a good experience, and it's not that the experience was bad. While we were waiting our turn, the lady who was going to cut my son's hair informed me we had not paid for our last visit in front of multiple people. She came up to where I was sitting, and I know that I would never leave any place without paying. I knew I paid on my credit card. So the whole time, I frantically spent searching through the last month of credit card records, and I HAD ACTUALLY PAID back on November 23. I'm just frustrated and embarrassed that the computer had no record of this, but I remembered and knew that I payed. I don't appreciated being accused and embarrassed like that unnecessarily when we've been coming here for years. My son's haircut was just fine, but hope this never happens again to anyone!

Raquel is awesome. Always gives a great cut in a quick time and talks to Ryder, not just the parents. Even seeing her with the kid before us who was younger and scared she was awesome with him and still managed a good cut on him! The greeter there was berry nice as well. With how hectic the place can be with so many kids, everyone was awesome.
