Sherry is amazing with him...Zak had brain surgery with months of head gear and he acts ridiculous when anyone touches his head...very patient and very skilled!!!

The hair cutting services are great and I’m pleased with that. I am disappointed, once again, with the customer service. I paid via debit card, my total was not stated and it was not displayed on the credit card machine. The woman at the desk charged me the wrong price. She said she canceled the transaction. She then asked me to swipe my card again in a separate transaction, again there is no price visible anywhere. I asked for my receipt since there was no way to verify how much I was actually charged. I was told I could not have a receipt. It seems as though a customer should be entitled to verification of a sale. If the store is unable to provide a paper receipt, an electronic version should be made available. I feel very uneasy about having my card run twice and being given no documentation.

The stylist showed up to the business 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The girl checking us in was polite, but the stylist didn’t seem to care that we had to wait for her. I was also unaware that I had to sign in on a piece of paper, even though the first girl told us we were all checked in. So, she said if I had signed in on the paper, she would have gotten to us quicker, instead of walking around the salon for several minutes after arriving late. The haircut was just fine, I have no complaints there. However customer service could be improved.

Our son is nonverbal with autism and we have always had a great experience with the 3 haircuts he has received even while he is crying, squirming and overall not cooperating. We are thankful for stylist who are aware and attempt to troubleshoot and provide insight on how to better achieve a better experience for Harry.

I made a 1:30 appointment on the APP and when we got there was told our appt was not in system so we had to come back at 2. The place smelled like dirty diaper and staff not overly friendly. I showed the person that cut my hair the email of my confirmation and she just said it could have need their internet which they say is having issues. The internet was down when we were there in August as well. Will not be back.
