It was not much good experience with hair cut

Unvaccinated stylists should not be in close proximity to the clients, children who are unable to be vaccinated, without a mask. My stylist did not even have a mask and would not say whether or not she was vaccinated. To her credit, she wore a disposable one I had with me. The salon was dirty. The seats that said they had been sanitized were dirty and covered with hair. The seats in the waiting area were covered in hair. The stylist did a good job on my son, but she barely did anything with my daughter’s hair. My daughter had a first time cut, so I bought the package. $30 for a certificate and 4 or 5 snips is not a good value. I have been going to CC for a long time, since my 7 year old son’s first cut....but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Extremely disappointed in my experience. We typically love cookie cutters and were excited to get a haircut for my son's first day of kindergarten. I asked for the top to be cut finger length, at first check it was still over an inch long so I asked her to go shorter and again asked for finger length. After more trimming she asked me to check again at which point the length looked good. She didn't dry his hair or offer to style it which I thought was strange seeing as he was sitting still and there was no one else waiting so it wasn't like she needed to rush. With it being wet I couldn't see the long spots and lines where it was not properly blended. Once his hair dried and I saw how choppy it was I went back to the salon but when I arrived shortly before 8 it was already closed. Since I live 45mins away I'll probably have to go somewhere local and pay someone else to see if it can be salvaged. I wish I knew the girls name so I could warn others. She really needs more training before she should be allowed to cut hair or she's going to have some pretty angry customers. The picture really doesn't even do it justice. Running my hand across his head you can feel how uneven and choppy it is. As much as my son loves cookie cutters, I'm not sure we'll ever go back after this.

The 2 ladies working were more interested in chatting amongst each otherabout whether someone would be coming in at 2 or not showing up. The girl who cut my daughter hair did not appear very experienced. She is 8 and has long hair. I had requested that it be trimmed up at an angle just so it would look healthy again . Establish took off about a centimeter and then asked me what I thought. I told her they're still seem to be a lot of bed and it wasn't even. She went through and took off about another centimeter but it got more uneven as she went. She kept asking me if I thought she should take off more here or there when I walked around to the front and pull you to lie down it was clearly uneven. When she continued to ask me questions I replied I haven't been to school for this therefore I'm probably not the one to ask. Finally, I just decided it was best to leave.

I asked for a faded faux hawk. Got a faux hawk sure but the sides bad back were all one length. I said it was fine because honestly I don’t believe she had it in her to blend and if that’s the case just say so and I’ll wait for another stylist.

We schedule with a young lady named who goes by Shay. I explained to her my son's haircut type and she had to unless the assistance of a different person who is cut his hair before which I had no problem with after asking her what she comfortable to complete the haircut. After asking her that question she had an attitude. I had explained pretty thoroughly particularly about my son's sideburns and she cut them completely off. Thereafter I did ask for anyone else to complete the haircut. She was very unprofessional and nearly refused to give me her name. Needless to say I am not pleased.
