When we first got there my son was excited about the environment. He went on the slide, played in the game area and looked around at the chairs. Once the cape was placed on him he didn’t know what it was for (2nd hair cut ever) and then he took it off. I decided to leave it off because he didn’t want it on. Two people kept asking how old he was. Like that made a difference. He was crying, didn’t want to sit, I held him down so he could get a hair cut. The lady cutting his hair Stella was upset at him for moving around. She made me feel stupid because he was upset and didn’t like the razor noise or having his hair cut. She didn’t try and soothe him, just tried to turn a tv on that he didn’t care about. She just kept making comments like “he’s head banging and scissors are dangerous”, “he’s head thrashing”, “I can’t cut his hair like this”, etc. Yeah I can see that you don’t have to say it out loud. She decided to end the cut because he was crying and moving around. He was pretty upset, but her attitude could have been nicer. She seemed miserable and wasn’t there for the kids. She didn’t have to keep saying, comments about him and how he was acting. It just wasn’t pleasant and didn’t make me feel good because it wasn’t fun for him. I couldn’t imagine her working with a special needs child if she can’t entertain a 3 year old having a fit. He just wanted to be joked with and talked too. Sadly to say I won’t be back and was pretty excited about this place. The lady checking me out did say “don’t worry about it, it happens all the time” so that was nice but Stella just was in a bad mood and didn’t help the situation. Sorry we were such a problem.

The girls didn’t seem to really care if we were there ior not. I come here often and am always pleased with thr service . This time she just wanted to get done. Never asked if the cut was ok. Never even said she was done just sent my granddaughter over and she walked up behind the counter. I really wanted her bangs shorter but was never given the chance to even say that. I was very disappointed.

There was a sign on the plane that said sanitized but she had to wipe it down. Then I had to ask her to clean the filthy clippers before she touched my son. They were covered in hair. The only good thing was she had patience with him bc he was scared and kept trying to stop her from giving him a hair cut.

We went over there because the online page said you were specialists on kids that may have troubles with hair cuts even special needs cause of sensorial issues. My kid is one year and a half and he is somehow scared first of all people (pandemic kid) and second he doesn’t like when people touch his head/ hair, the noise of the hair dryer, the scissors, etc We got late and first of all they told me about the late policy wich I agreed, they told me they weren’t busy so we could wait for our turn. They didn’t ask me anything about my kid, just what program can he watch on tv. Tmb kid was in trouble since we tried to sit him on the car for his hair cut, we never felt like the employees care about that or had any idea of how to make him feel comfortable. The only thing that we get offered was a lily pop, as the cut started it ha to finish. We got charged even though they couldn’t get the job done. Just for 5 minutes of “work”….

I was very disappointed this time. Lady at the front desk told us we would have to reschedule because we were more than 5 mins late but I told her we weren’t and then her co-worker confirmed. She just shrugged her shoulders and said she’s going for lunch. The lady who eventually helped us took 35-40 mins to just trim my daughters hair! Totally disappointed and would be looking for another place.

So far I have been to this location at least a dozen times and the only person that has managed to cut his hair evenly and kindly has been Cache. I understand toddlers and babies aren't the easiest to work with, but a lot of the women working there don't have the patience to do the task.
