I don’t feel comfortable bringing my child in when the stylist/ workers do not wear mask. For this is very unsafe times we are living in.

My son hates hair cuts! I have cut his hair 3 times while awake and 2 times while sleeping and he throws a fit while awake, so I thought taking him to a kids hair cut place where the stylists are supposed to know how to handle these kind of situations would be a lot easier! The girl was rude and was not nice towards my son. She definitely needs to find an adult hair cutting place to work at. I was hoping that my son would see other children getting their hair cut and it would've been an enjoyable time for him!

First time going to cookie cutters and I don't think I will take my son back. While the stylist was friendly and pleasant, she was not patient and rushed through. We were the only ones in the salon, so I am not quite sure why she seemed so pressed for time. My son is young, but if she gave him a moment to relax it would have gone better. While it is just hair, there are parts that weren't touched with clippers or scissors.

Haircuts were terrible. The stylist did all three of my girls and all three have needed long hairs that did not get cut, cut. These were by far the worst haircuts they’ve ever received. She did one of my daughters hair in less than five minutes and didn’t even have me check it. One other daughter I asked it to be cut a bit shorter and she basically told me it would dry shorter which I’m fully aware of. I do not feel like I had an option to ask her to do anything further. Also was asked how I wanted to tip. Cash or card. I always tip but these haircuts definitely did not warrant a tip. Do not think I’ll be back. It’s a shame bc we go regularly and I have multiple children.

We have been going to this location for years and have mostly had great experiences until today. My daughter wanted a few inches cut off her length and some face framing layers in the front. She’s had a very similar cut in the past done there. The stylist seemed very uncomfortable with doing what we wanted and said in her “professional opinion” we should not do it because it was “basically bangs”… which is definitely not what we asked for. We asked for a few layers starting below her chin. I got the feeling she just didn’t know how to cut girls hair properly and wanted to talk us out of it. We decided to just get some of the length cut off and a few layers towards the bottom which she barely did and only on one side. The other side is completely straight and the rest she literally just cut an inch off straight across. I wish there was another stylist there because I would have asked for them to do it but she was the only one there. I have had to schedule an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed because it’s not even cut evenly and my daughter was literally crying her eyes out in the car because she hated it. This was supposed to be her back to school haircut and it was the biggest disappointment. We definitely will not be back again after our experience today. If she was not comfortable doing that cut she should have said that instead of completely wasting my money and devastating my child.
