Went in for a haircut on a Friday at at 10:30a. There was one girl there, with about 8 clients waiting for cuts. She did what she could and did great for being the only one, but she desperately needed at least someone to work the desk for her. I didn't feel like she rushed at all, despite there being so many customers waiting far past their appointment time and was happy with the experience (besides the long wait).

We love when Melissa is our stylist shes at the Dayton Ohio location 45439 shes so sweet and caring and is wonderful with the children! She does a amazing haircut on my 4 yr old each and every time! I do think the store needs a little TLC I noticed peeling paint behind the waiting chairs! I love the punch rewards cards I know my income makes it difficult to pay $13.95 for a childs haircut so I do love that I can receive a discount every other haircut!

The only suggestion I have is to get rid of the giant gumball machine. The age range of kids who go to cookie cutters aren’t old enough for a gumball due to choking hazard.

There was one person who knew how to operate gift cards. They were 2 other people who had no idea and every time someone had to check out they had to leave the person haircut they were conducting, which happened to be both my children. There was a lady behind me who had to hand off her $50 bill Because she had to go for family photos and it was taking so long. so someone got a very high tip because no one knows how to operate the cash register. I was there for 50 minutes for two haircuts for my children. I was so frustrated by the time I left. And I stated it as well. Respectfully though. more people need to know how to use the gift card payment function or don’t make it so difficult. The one teaching was letting the other new person know that this learning takes time but once you understand it you will get it, but it looks like only one person in that whole place knows how to do it and everybody was buying those gift cards so that was a very frustrating experience.
