The hairstylist was horrible! My son’s haircut was so ugly. I told her a few times that I wanted her to thin it out and she kept saying that it looked fine.

Today was the 1st time we have had a bad experience. The stylist did not want to complete the cut requested and barely did anything. The child's hair looks untouched.

When we arrived, they were unaware of the appointment even though it had been previously booked online with confirmation. The stylist acted as though it was an inconvenience to “squeeze him in” when he in fact had an appointment. The attitude and overall professionalism was incredibly poor. She was so rude that we will probably never return. I had to come home and fix my sons haircut because it was not what we asked for and it was not shaped or lined up at all other than in the very back. I stopped pointing out mistakes because he attitude was so poor and just said forget it, I will fix it on my own. We have used cookie cutters in the past and been much more impress with the service that today.

The woman who cut my son's hair gave him a hack job. She seemed in a hurry, was impatient and didn't take her time as required with a young child. You can literally see gaps in my son's hair around his ears and across his bangs/forehead.

Really unhappy with my son’s uneven haircut! I usually love they way it’s cut but whoever his stylist was this time butchered his hair. Won’t be back.

Both of our daughters hair was cut unevenly, for a $60 visit, it’s a little frustrating. Will most certainly take our business elsewhere for their next cut. Should also mention it wouldn’t kill to clean the salon from time to time. The entire salon is covered in hair and looks as if it’s never cleaned.
