I've been to Cookie Cutters a few times. This was the absolute worst and we WONT be back. 1. I had a appointment for my 2 boys. Of course they were running late. Because you fill the need to only allow your stylist 15 minutes time slots to do their job. 3. The stylist that had older son did a rush job and didn't listen to what I had to say. She seriously maybe spent 5 minutes on his hair. 4. While my youngest isn't the easiest to cut his hair. I do admit that. He was cut twice because she was hurrying as well. She did a much better job then my oldest got and he sits perfectly still. I basically felt like we were unwelcome. The amount of money I spent was not worth my experience,time or quantity of cut. We won't be back.

Horrible experience. The front desk lady very unwelcoming. Then the stylist named Taylor horrible! I showed a picture of what we wanted, I expressed to just clean the sides to let the hair grow on top. She just chopped the whole freaking thing. We will never comeback here!

We came in recently for a trim for our 22 month old. He has been there three times before and has never had an issue. This time, the stylist who cut his hair was not friendly from the moment we sat down with her. She seemed annoyed and irritated with my son for not doing what she told him to do. She was giving him orders to look down, look left, hold still, etc. He obviously doesn’t understand these directions. Overall, he was very well behaved but squirmed a little as toddlers will. His haircut is so uneven. It’s not blended at all. It looks like she just randomly cut chunks out of it. It honestly looks like he did it himself. I had to try and even it out when I got home but ultimately, we will have to go somewhere else to have it fixed, because it’s too much for me to correct. I noticed that it was bad at the salon, but she was making my son so upset and honestly, me too, so I just said fine and let’s leave. Aside from the bad cut, she just seemed like she didn’t like kids, and she didn’t know how to interact with them, and she wasn’t warm or friendly at all. So I’m confused why she would take a job at a kids salon. I don’t ever want to go back there and put my son through that again.

Hairdresser was very rude. Not friendly to myself or my son. We did arrive about 5-7 minutes late (however hairdresser was still finishing up with previous client upon our arrival, then we still had to wait an additional 5 minutes, then she was rude to us for showing up late. Then didn't look up my son's previous information on which size clippers to use and couldn't believe I didn't know. Acted aggravated she had to go look it up in the computer. Did not seem experienced with children st all. Not kid-friendly what so ever. We will not be coming back to Cookie Cutters for our haircuts after this experience. Very disappointed, frustrated, and upset from our trip.

Appointment was a joke! Less than 5 minutes and I had to ask her to shave the hair on her neck. Will be finding somewhere else to go. Also my daughter was called he - rude!!

Abbey is very unprofessional. I explained how I didn’t like something so she walked off crying and talking to another coworker about me. Raquel did an excellent job fixing it. And I still had to pay for it. 45 min later.
