I have made an appt. twice online so that I can get in a out faster. But each time I have done this I get there and they say I don't have an appt. this last time I showed them my email confirmation but it still took me an hour to get my kids hair cut. If the make and appt would actual work this would be a great place to get hair cuts

The lady who did liams hair was excellent! My son wiggled and she worked around that and around us taking pictures. I have toy say that the looks of the place was not very good. Obviously in a state of remodeling, but still. Overall great experience but anyone looking for atmosphere might not like it.

This is our 2nd COVID-19 visit. Compared to the 1st one, there were a couple differences that I do not know if things have loosened or if our stylist was doing something incorrect? One was taking the mask off the child. Our previous visit the stylist (a different one) worked around the child wearing the mask and even had me hold it on while needing to cut in the areas where the mask was. The other thing was the stylist using the hair dryer. Our previous visit the stylist indicated she could not use it, due to the virus. I hope the 2nd stylist was not getting lax in how things should be done, but I wanted to point it out so the manager/owner could address if needed with the staff. The best part was getting right into our appointment and not having to wait! Everything else was fine (except the cost of a kid haircut being high for this age range).

Taylor was great and did an amazing job on our daughter’s haircut. When entering the salon, we signed in and weren’t really greeted and it felt very crowded and busy. My suggestion would be to greet your customer even when it feels or looks chaotic in the salon.
