The staff is friendly, but this location is “dated” and is in extreme need of a remodel. All of the seats are broken or missing pieces, covered in hair, and the toys in the waiting area are in need of a deep cleaning. The pictures on the website are very misleading and do not meet expectations when it comes to this location, but unfortunately it’s the closest Cookie Cutters to me so i don’t really have a choice.

I put a 0 for professional advice because I didn't receive any. Not that I asked for any so it's not a bad thing, just didn't pertain to me and my visit. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that we had an appointment for 6:30 and arrived a little early. They were very busy, but there were 3 or 4 other customers that came in after us and they were all seen before us. I don't know if they had appointments and were late, but that shouldn't effect our appointment time. Just a little frustrating. On the positive side we had a new girl and she did a great job!

The experience we had with our stylist was great. The wait was very frustrating though. There was a child about 3-4 who screamed uncontrollably the whole time he was getting his hair cut. The parents wanted something done that he wouldn't hold still for and the stylist tried to direct them in a friendly manner, but they were demanding and continued to try to get his hair cut a certain way. The stylist kept her cool and was very patient, but it frustrated all the customers and frustrated everyone. Not a pleasant experience for those of us whose child was waiting to get their hair cut.

Second time taking my kid to this location , and again, the chair where he sat, wasn’t cleaned at all, I supposed you can’t really clean the hair from other kids, but it’s not pleasant and it does not give a good impression .

Even after an appointment was booked we still ended up waiting for close to 30 minutes if not longer. We arrived a little bit before our appointment time at 115 and didn’t leave until 220. I have 2 sons so we had appointments at 115 and 130. I had booked an appointment because wait time at that location without an appointment is well over an hour. I’d rather spend the extra money to take my kids to my hair stylist where I actually get in at my appointment time and don’t have to wait.
