Scheduled an appointment online about a week ago. Got an email confirmation and a text the day before. Went to my appointment and they said they had no record of it and would just have to squeeze us in. Workers were very nice about it but was very inconvenient and frustrating since I was trying to get it done early to be able to still get to work on time.

Only two stylists were working, they were very backed up. Appointment times were not being met. There was a new stylist working that was very slow and didn't seem to know the ropes yet.

Sherry is awesome and does a great job on my children's cuts. Price wise I think for a very small trim to back of hair for an infant $10 is outrageous!!

This was our third visit to this salon and this was our first poor experience. The website to book an appointment was down most of the day and I left a voicemail that wasn't returned. I finally was able to book an appointment with the stylist we had seen in the past. We had to wait 15 minutes past our appointment time and then someone else was assigned to cut my son's hair. The person cut it uneven even after I asked them to fix it on the spot. I don't have time to turn around and go back to make them fix it. It took a while to get help with check out and the employee at the desk wasn't very helpful or friendly. I'll still go back because we had previous good experiences but I will be more assertive about what stylist we see next time especially for the price of a kid cut.
