My child's stylist was not friendly to myself or my child!

The online scheduling process could be better. When selecting a stylist, when they're booked on the date/time we choose, we have to go all the way back to the beginning. If we could find the date and time we are needing, perhaps the stylists available could be listed, then we can choose them or "nonprefernce." Or, we select a stylist, then their availability pops up, and we schedule accordingly, or "no preference" and schedule from there.

The staff member who cut my child’s hair appeared to be new or in training. A cut that usually takes 5 -7 minutes took over 30 minutes. I appreciate and understand the need to train new stylists, however it was difficult for my child to sit still for so long.

Maybe add some more boy cars when you change out the broken ones.

We appreciate the service you provide, and the stylists at our local store move very quickly to serve the customers. However, I would recommend an additional staff person in the store to handle the reception/checkout and to sweep the floors and keep the sylists' areas stocked. At every visit, I feel that the stylists are being asked to handle more tasks than they can reasonably accommodate. They have never complained to customers, but that is my observation.

Decent price, fast and kid friendly. The place needs upsating and a deep clean. The seats were ripped, most of the toys didn't work and weren't clean, and the cool seats for kids were dirty and had broken parts. The stilts was very busy and did great with my child. She did it quick and it's the best cut we've had. I would suggest hiring a cleaning crew or doing some updates to the toys and stylist chairs. No punch cards were available either☹
