The stylist had a very dirty, disposable mask. Our temperature was not taken at the door as stated in a recent email sent out to customers.

The lady did not too a good job. I was so frustrated that she didn’t even fade his hair. I have never had this lady cut his hair and it’s awful! So upset

Cache was wonderful...my review is only as high as it is because of her. She was kind my children and did a good job. I was not however impressed with the other girl (unfortunately I forget her name). I do remember that she had pink eye brows and several facial piercings. After our visit I had to explain to my daughter about the girl's piercings. I am very surprised and disappointed that a company providing services directly to children would employ someone with so many facial piercings...it does not set a good example for our youth.

Not a god haircut. Once I got hoe and washed my sons hair I noticed how bad it was. Very uneven.

I do not think after waiting 15 minutes and having 2 appointments for my 2 children that another child should be taken before mine and be limited to 1 stylist. That is the reason for an appointment.

The stylist that my 1yr old had at this visit was not a happy person and she seemed very irritated that my baby was not sitting still. The first haircut was great but this one was not so great. I will be requesting the stylist by name that we had the first time from now on.
