We didn't use our normal go to girl this time and boy I wish I had. My son came home with a jagged haircut and has no bangs!! Not sure if that is what you call it for guys, but his hairline is so far up, and it looks so bad. Its just hair and it will grow back pretty quickly, but I am pretty mad that my mother in law paid for this. Definitely will wait for our normal person next time. I would not recommend this person for anyone else to use, so hopefully our normal person has left...

I understand I didn’t make an appointment but a 45 minute wait and only one hairstylist during much of that wait was a bit much.

There really needs to be more time between appointments or a second person at the salon to help with checking out. 15 minutes is not enough time to check people in, cut hair, check people out and clean the station. It makes me wonder how well everything is being sterilized. There was hair everywhere. Nothing against the stylist, she needed help.

Though no customers were waiting, the stylist seemed rushed. I'm sure cutting the hair of a crying child is very frustrating: however I had to ask twice to cut it shorter and finally gave up. When I arrived home, my husband said "I thought you were getting his hair cut today".

The service was great but the cost is very expensive for what you get. My children only got a haircut that took 10 minutes at most and there was no shampooing or styling. Just a cut and the price was 14 dollars a kid. The reason we go is because the kids like it but we will need to find another place soon due to the cost involved.

The girl who cut my son's hair was not very comforting to my son. She took no care in not spraying him in the face with the water bottle when wetting his hair, which upset him more. She did not do a good job on his hair. His bangs are uneven and way too short.
