The receptionist was very rude! I stopped coming to cookie cutters for a while due to bad experiences. And today was no different . Staff is unprofessional and just not friendly or curtious

More emphasis being placed on rushing to get through cut instead of taking a moment to comfort/fix the issue of hair clippings bothering a child's eyes. Stop the cut and wipe their face please, then they are more apt to sit still while you finish.

Whatever you do, do not let Taylor cut your child's hair. She asked me how I would like it cut and I explained how our normal person (Melissa, who switched locations)cuts it. There are notes in the system but she didn't review them. She then told me we should just cut his cowlick short and I said I wanted it longer so the hair won't stick up. She cut it her way because it was most likely easier. She cut his bang area like a bowl cut. My son also has a cowlick up front and naturally curly hair. It needed texturized but she was the plain lazy type. Melissa would take the time to cut his curly hair properly. Looks like we will be driving to wherever Melissa is.

This was our third visit and probably our last. Not impressed with how we were talked to or how they interacted with us. The workers didn't seem to want to be there that day and just weren't friendly. We will find a place where they are friendly.

I asked to leave it long on the top and it is almost as short as the sides. I could have given he a bur cut myself and saved $16.00

I purchased the first haircut package and was really disappointed. I am confident that I could have cut a straight line across the bottom of my child’s hair at home for free and saved a lock of hair. Going to your business wasted gasoline and money.
