We have been seeing Raquel for a while now for my son's haircuts. She is so personable and friendly with him and me. He looks forward to his visits with 'Miss Raquel' and I know I can trust her to make him feel comfortable and make his hair look great!

The chairs could probably use a refresh. The steering wheel on the Spider-Man car has been broken the past three visits. Aside from that, we love coming here. Raquel always does an amazing job; my son loves her!!

There was confusion about the appt time and how to find notes in the system. The person who did the cut didn't cut it very well I even had to ask her to cut around my sons ears. Just overall wasn't impressed.

New stylist- not impressed. Two kids getting same service, this one took twice as long and she seemed unsure of what she was doing. Hair is cut- but if i wanted trimmers trimmers throughout, id do it myself. Questioned what she was doing once then asked for my critique at everything she did after, asking if this is right? What should i do here? I understand input is important, but if they are going to ask every little thing, then i could do it myself. I respect the stylists there- they put up with a lot! Been going for years!never had to specify stylists- they all are good- this changed my stance. Raquel and Melisa all day everyday!!!
