I walked in for my sons 9:15 appointment at 9:08 after sitting in my car for several moments because the shop sign still said closed. As I was signing in the stylist that I was scheduled with took back another child. Needless today we weren’t seated for my son’s haircut until 9:25 when we had planned ahead and took the time to make an appointment.

My son gets nervous about getting his hair cut. The staff is patient and takes the time to show him the tools they're using and talk with him to ease his fears. Our last visit was one of the best and his hair looks great!

Raquel is an amazing stylist! She's great with the kids and takes her time with each one!

The only problem is there is never enough staff.

The stylist tonite used a pick on her hair and while it was knitted she was not gentle with her. She did not use detangler or one of the knot genies on her even though she complained. She is as nit nearly as personable with her as the other stylists. She made several remarks about the way her hair was cut but the other stylist really did a good job. I do know she has been cutting hair for 19 years because she said that several times. I am not sure who it was but I would rather not have her again.

Raquel was wonderful and did a great job with our toddler son. He throws extreme tantrums while getting his hair cut. She handled him like a pro and gave him the best cut he has ever had. Definitely will be returning to her!
