I took my 5 kids to the saloon in centerville and used the app to create appointments. The 5 stylists were amazing! They treated each kid with so much respect and love. They listened and intently asked questions to make sure I loved everyone's new haircut, and I DO! We will defiantly be going back, this wonderful place has ruined me for any other hair saloon.

Melissa was very patient with Eli but was able to cut his hair quickly.

Our stylist was Rachel, she was very nice and did a good job with the cut. The lady at the front counter didn't greet us, seemed like she had no idea was what going on, wasn't exactly rude but definitely wasn't welcoming or inviting or overly friendly.

I put a 0 for professional advice because I didn't receive any. Not that I asked for any so it's not a bad thing, just didn't pertain to me and my visit. The only thing that was a bit annoying is that we had an appointment for 6:30 and arrived a little early. They were very busy, but there were 3 or 4 other customers that came in after us and they were all seen before us. I don't know if they had appointments and were late, but that shouldn't effect our appointment time. Just a little frustrating. On the positive side we had a new girl and she did a great job!

Coleen was excellent with my son and did an excellent job with his hair! I would definitely recommend her she was very sweet! The receptionist was also very sweet as well! I highly recommend cookie cutters by the dayton mall!! Love them!!

Raquel spent approx 20 minute making sure my son's haircut was precise. She spent extra time attending to his cowlick and trying to thin the difficult hair. She took the time to style his hair and even make sure I was satisfied at the end. By far one of my best experiences getting my son's hair cut at this facility.
