My biggest complaint was that I called ahead to check availability for a walk in appointment. When I called, a different store answered and told me that there was NO wait and I should be able to walk right in. Upon arrival, 20 minutes went by before I was even acknowledged or told my that I couldn't be seen for another 1.5 hours. Had I known, I would have just made an appointment. The girls were friendly and willing to help, even though they were overwhelmed, I just think there is miscommunication between the stores that needs to be corrected, in addition to maybe having another staff member there to help cash customers out, etc. The store was a little messier than usual, but as I mentioned it was crazy busy and there were kids running around screaming, climbing and being rambunctious.

My son hates hair cuts! I have cut his hair 3 times while awake and 2 times while sleeping and he throws a fit while awake, so I thought taking him to a kids hair cut place where the stylists are supposed to know how to handle these kind of situations would be a lot easier! The girl was rude and was not nice towards my son. She definitely needs to find an adult hair cutting place to work at. I was hoping that my son would see other children getting their hair cut and it would've been an enjoyable time for him!

Ms. Melissa is wonderful! Our family makes an hour drive just to visit her. She makes the experience very easy and enjoyable! She always makes sure the kids are comfortable before every step in the hair cutting process. We really appreciate how caring she is. We've never been unsatisfied with her work. She always exceeds our expectations!
