Kianna made my son's first professional haircut a great experience despite him being very upset. She was so patient and kind to my husband and I as well. I apologized several times for him being upset and she assured me it is typical behavior in a new environment at his age. 10/10 recommend and we will be going back for future haircuts. Making an appointment was easy and we were taken right at our appointment time. Thank you Kianna!
