This second time I was unhappy with my child's hair cut. Hope at the cookie cutters by the Dayton mall screwed my child's hair up so bad it couldn't be completely fixed. It was so crooked in the front that I had to call back immediately to get it fixed. Hope the stylist that did my child's hair didn't even offer to fix it another stylist had to fix it. When I got home I noticed another long piece by his ear that both stylists seem to miss. Let me put it this way my child's haircut was so bad that I was ashamed to take him out in public before the hair cut was fixed. Was VERY unhappy with my experience and I won't be returning.

We have been taking our oldest son (6) to this location for years and have had many different stylists. Each time we leave we are fully satisfied and happy with our cut and service. We just started taking our 1 year old here as a client and he just received his first haircut by Jesse yesterday. Even though our 1 year old was fussing, Jesse took extra special care to give him a great cut and to stay calm and cool during his cut. We LOVE this location. Well worth the 1 hour drive every few months. Thank you Cookie Cutters Dayton!

My salon professional was great with my baby and very knowledgeable about what was causing his hair to lose its curl. This was only his third time getting a haircut She did a fantastic job as did the First Lady who cut his hair earlier this year the second Lady to cut his hair wasn’t the kindest or most approachable person but she too got the job done.

Wonderful experience! Our son did great this time and the stylist worked with him very well. She was extremely caring and let him squirm without getting frustrated at all.
