They had a power outage the morning of my son’s haircut and I appreciated them sending an email to everyone. They also sent one when power came back on. I’m always impressed by the women who work at this location. They’re always so friendly and patient with the kiddos. It can’t be easy trying to cut a child’s hair when they’re screaming but everyone always keeps their composure and tries to calm with kids down. Thanks for all your kindness! 😊

My experience was awful. The person called me daughter back, let her choose a chair, I explained i wanted her bangs cut above her eyes, she then told me several times why it wasn't a good idea. She never wet her hair, she never spoke one word to her, she told me bangs are too high maintenance, didn't offer her a sticker sucker, or balloon. My mom had to ask if she could have one. Never took a photo for her first haircut certificate, then told me there's no point in saving a piece of her hair there really isn't even that much. I was so upset when I left and that will be the memory I have forever of my daughters first haircut.

I felt like the girl had no idea what she was doing. My daughter has curly hair and she left looking like she just woke up and rolled out of bed.

Stella was amazing and so patient with my son. Stella did amazing at calming Christopher and getting the desired cut with hardly any fuss. It's a little over an hour drive for us, but we'll definitely be coming back. Such an amazing environment for kids and parents.

Raquel is friendly, great with my son, and does a great job on his hair!
