Worst haircut experience ever and I will not return. The girl who cut my son’s hair was extremely sick (sneezing all around him and blew her nose several times during the haircut and should not have been at work or around children). She kind of butchered his hair and I asked for her to fix about six or seven spots. It looked rough. I was about to cry. She asked at the end if it looked good and I said “uh, decent” with a grimace. So she took him down and rang me up. I didn’t want to pay, but I did. Definitely didn’t tip. I don’t know if she had ever cut anyone’s hair before but I could tell she had never had any training. Anyways, I just wanted to get away from the germs as fast as I could. I coated my sons head in hand sanitizer and that actually made the hair cut look a tad better since it matted it down. Although the girl shouldn’t have been at work and didn’t know how to cut hair, I would have to blame the poor quality on management. We got there right when it opened and sat down in seats covered in hair from the previous day(s). Bad service, bad environment, unhealthy, and gross. Like I said, will not be returning and will warn my friends not to go there as well because it would be cruel to let them go through that as well. I will either cut my son’s hair myself from now on or take him to fancy salons where professionally trained people work. Yikes.

My sons haircut was not what I asked for. The stylist Niped both of my sons eats and blamed him. This is supposed to be a kid friendly place and far from it.. Very very unsatisfied

I came in to have my sons haircut, as I have times before. He’s one an like any one year old, doesn’t like to sit still, as for the reason I bring him to Cookie Cutters, a child’s hair cut place. The stylist, became overwhelmed..he still has long pieces of hair, as he was just getting a buzz cut..did no shaping around the neck or ears at all or any blending from top to sides. I ended up having to redo the whole haircut at home myself.

My experience was awful. The person called me daughter back, let her choose a chair, I explained i wanted her bangs cut above her eyes, she then told me several times why it wasn't a good idea. She never wet her hair, she never spoke one word to her, she told me bangs are too high maintenance, didn't offer her a sticker sucker, or balloon. My mom had to ask if she could have one. Never took a photo for her first haircut certificate, then told me there's no point in saving a piece of her hair there really isn't even that much. I was so upset when I left and that will be the memory I have forever of my daughters first haircut.

We had an appointment at 1:45, waited until 2:00 and our hair stylist left without completing our service. We were left waiting while other children were in and out quickly. Very disappointed.

The stylist was the most unwelcoming individual I’ve ever met as well as the girl at the front desk. It was my sons first haircut & it was a TERRIBLE experience. I will never be referring you to anyone and never coming back
