Horrible experience this time. We have been coming to this location for 2 years and never had service like this before. The three stylists we usually saw are gone now. Decided to go anyway to find a new stylist and that was apparently a bad idea. There were two people working, neither one stated their names and were not wearing name tags. We had a scheduled appointment and were running 10 minutes late. I apologized for our lateness and luckily we were still able to be seen. The stylist was very rude with my 2 year old son. Kept yelling at him to sit still, no 2 year old sits still. There was no patience, no grace, just rushed rudeness. Previous stylists have never been like this before. They were always calm, stopped cutting whenever he would move, and always sweet and understanding. Seemed that the stylist shouldn't be cutting kids hair. She ended up cutting his ear and told him to knock off his crying and it was a fake cry, when I pointed out she cut his ear she didn't apologize and said it was his fault for not sitting still, he is 2. She should have stopped trimming whenever he started to move. Seemed more like she cared about getting out of there than giving us the service we deserved. Even if we were late we did not deserve to be treated this way. We will never visit Cookie Cutters again.
