Our Stylist didn’t was not friendly or warm at all. She didn’t speak to my son very nicely at all. He is fearful of haircuts, we have had wonderful experiences with prior stylists. I will have to start requesting others.

I always bring my kids to cookie cutters but after my experience today I’m going to be looking elsewhere. I brought my daughter in and told the stylist I wanted it cut to her shoulders to where I could put a pony tail in it still. The stylist only cut less than an inch off of it. I asked to her cut more of it off to her shoulders and was told by the stylist that it would be like making another appointment and there were appointments waiting. First, I made an appointment and second, my child never left the stylist chair when I asked her to cut more of it off. The stylist never even asked me if I was happy with it, she had just assumed until I spoke up and asked more to be cut off. I think that was very unprofessional of her to tell me that there were other people waiting and cutting more off would be like another appointment. I would have understood if my child was out of her chair or we left and came back but my child hadn’t moved from her chair.

Arrived at 4:21 for appts at 4:30 and they took a child back that his appt was at 4:45, they announced it to the waiting room basically. Just because they signed in 30 seconds before we did doesn't mean that they should take later appointments ahead of us considering we had waited in the car for a few minutes to not clog up the waiting room. We won't be coming back as it's a 45 minute drive and to be treated that way was really disappointing.

We schedule our appointments in advance and see absolutely no benefit to doing so at the Dayton Mall area location. Today we waited 20 minutes before seen. A customer walked in WAY after us and got seated for a haircut before us. Why? We wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes to be seen every appointment. Of those, we've only requested a stylist by name once. We had a coupon in email form, forwarded it to the parent taking our child and it wouldn't work. Another frustration. Horrible customer service!!! This really needs to be addressed!

Very choppy cut. Had to come home and fix around his ears. I can take him to the barber for 14.00 and the cut is perfection.

Overall experience is starting to go down hill since we first started using Cookie Cutters.
