This was our first time coming to Cookie Cutters. It was also our son's 1st haircut! It's such a cute little place! We had a great experience! My husband's cousin recommended Melissa to us and she is amazing! She really listened and was accommodating to how we wanted our son's hair cut and my nervousness! She even turned on our son's favorite Netflix show for him to feel more comfortable! She is a very sweet lady! I recommend her and the salon to anyone!! 😊

Our hairdresser was obviously new to the profession. She didn't know how to cut hair and kept telling my one year old that he needed to sit down and he needed to be still. The past two times I have went the ladies have commented on how good and still he is for an infant. I think she has good intentions but this isnt her field of work. She doesnt know how to handle children and she cannot cut hair. I'm thankful for the other hairstylist who came over and fixed and cut his hair before we left. She has always been amazing and is so quick and so nice! I hope the other hairdresser gets properly trained as the other staff are.

New stylist- not impressed. Two kids getting same service, this one took twice as long and she seemed unsure of what she was doing. Hair is cut- but if i wanted trimmers trimmers throughout, id do it myself. Questioned what she was doing once then asked for my critique at everything she did after, asking if this is right? What should i do here? I understand input is important, but if they are going to ask every little thing, then i could do it myself. I respect the stylists there- they put up with a lot! Been going for years!never had to specify stylists- they all are good- this changed my stance. Raquel and Melisa all day everyday!!!
